Mrs. Stein moved into Brightview Assisted Living of Bel Air on July 15, 1999 and I met with her on July 6, 2006 to take her testimonial. Mrs. Stein states that "I like it just as much as when I came-probably more because I know what I've got." When asked what she has she replied: "three good and nutritionally balanced meals prepared for me, entertainment whenever I want with Patti who is an excellent leader, nurses galore both night and day who come at your call no matter what, other staff who can't do enough for you and of course a wonderful apartment with a wonderful view." She goes on to say that she has "made good friends, one of whom is a retired librarian from Florida who is very kind to me and chooses books for me that she believes I will be interested in." "Everyone of the help will do anything at all for you and think nothing of it."
